Mark Walk

Mark Walk is an attorney engaged in the general practice of law in Osage, Iowa.  His practice is primarily probate, estate planning, income tax and real estate. He is married to his wife, Tracy, and has two grown children and three granddaughters.

Mark grew up in the neighboring town of Grafton, Iowa, so he was familiar with Osage when he came to work at the firm in 1992. In addition to his work at the firm, Mark owns and operates the Watts Theatre in Osage. Between his work at both places, he keeps busy. He enjoys visiting his girls, his son-in-law, and granddaughters, attending University of Iowa sporting events, taking fishing trips, and mushroom hunting. He also attempts to golf. Mark was the Assistant County Attorney and County Attorney for Mitchell County from 1992 to 2021, when he retired from that position.

Todd Prichard

Todd Prichard is the Managing Partner of Walk, Prichard, Baresel & Murphy, PC. Todd began practicing law in Charles City in 2004 upon graduation from the University of Iowa College of Law. Todd is currently a Lieutenant Colonel with the Army Reserve and has been deployed overseas numerous times, including a tour in Iraq. 

Todd practices corporate law, civil litigation, probate, real estate, estate planning, bankruptcy, tax law and family law.

Todd Prichard has served NE Iowa as an Iowa State Representative serving Iowa House District 52 since 2013. He previously served as the Iowa House Minority Leader. 

Todd grew up in Davenport and earned his B.A. degree in 1997 from the University of Iowa. Todd and his wife, Ann, live in Charles City and have three children.

Aaron Murphy

Aaron Murphy is an attorney engaged in the general practice of law in Osage, Iowa. He is married to his wife, Becky, and they have three adult children. Aaron enjoys golfing–a lot. He also enjoys reading mostly non-fiction (including US and world history). He grew up in Bloomfield in Southeast Iowa where he first met Becky. He graduated from the University of Iowa in 1991 with a Bachelor’s Degree and graduated from Drake Law School in 1996. He has resided in Osage, Iowa, ever since. He is currently the Mitchell County Attorney in addition to his work in private practice.
